Welcome to The 9/11 First Responders
This website is dedicated to the men and women who served their country without any hesitation, to perform the duties in which they were sworn into oath. Some of these men and women paid the ultimate sacrifice. The rest of us were spared by the almighty lord for other reasons. I myself, along with other responders believe we were left here to defend the honor of those people who paid the ultimate price and their families who still suffer every day their loss. As members of the 9/11 First Responders we vow to never forget 9/11 and to protect and preserve the honor that is duly deserved for those who were affected by that day.
History of our organization: I Dennis McKenna, founder of the 9/11 First Responders and in a law enforcement capacity,started a candlelight vigil in 2009 in Stuart Florida. While another first responder was doing a 9/11 dedication in Port St. Lucie Florida, our paths crossed and wound up knowing each other from New York. I expressed my feelings that I enjoyed doing this memorial in being able to contribute a sense of accomplishment in securing the memories of 9/11. He expressed mutual feelings of being able to have the capability in putting together a beautiful memorial in remembrance of our brothers and sisters. Our both families eager to help made us a full success in fulfilling our vision. So I would like to introduce you to our President Dennis Mckenna, and our Vice President Albert Hickey of the 9/11 First Responders of The Treasure Coast, a non profit organization.
